Australian Consumer Law

If a purchase is not delivered or does not work as described, contact us. Where required by Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, re-supply or a refund. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Purchases

Tebex processes payments. Products are delivered to the username entered at checkout, usually automatically. Check the product, price and billing period before paying. Champion renews monthly until it is cancelled through Tebex Payment History.

Refunds and delivery problems

Change-of-mind refunds are not offered. If delivery fails, you are charged incorrectly or a product does not work as listed, open a Discord ticket. Account transfers are not guaranteed.

Rules and purchased perks

Purchases do not exempt anyone from the rules. A ban for cheating, exploiting or other misconduct may remove access to the server and its perks. This does not remove a legal remedy for a fault with the product itself.

Changes and availability

Ranks and perks may be balanced as the server changes. Maintenance, attacks and hosting faults can cause downtime. We will consider purchasers’ legal rights before making a material change to a paid product.

Accounts and age

Secure your Minecraft and Discord accounts. You must meet Discord’s minimum age. Anyone under 18 needs permission from a parent or guardian before purchasing.
